John Wilson

Founder & Principal Consultant
John Wilson is a technology and solution-delivery leader with more than a decade of experience across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, product delivery, technology leadership and AI transformation.
His experience ranges from enterprise financial platforms and national digital infrastructure programmes to technology leadership within European technology companies.
He has worked across the technology lifecycle: translating business objectives into technical strategy, designing architectures, leading multidisciplinary teams and taking systems through implementation and continuous improvement.
John founded Silverspark around a simple premise: organizations should not have to choose between strategic technology advice and people capable of making that advice work.
