About this notice

This notice explains cookies and similar technologies on the website operated by Silverspark Consulting, registered in Kenya. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tools that read information from your device.

Our current website

The Silverspark website application does not set analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, and does not use tracking pixels or social-media embeds. Browsing does not subscribe you to marketing. Social icons are ordinary external links when a profile address is provided; the icons themselves do not load social-network tracking scripts.

Essential delivery and security

When the contact form is enabled, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. This check processes technical browser and network information. We do not enable Turnstile pre-clearance. If the check cannot run, you can use the email link on the Contact page. More information is in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Our hosting platform may use essential technologies to deliver pages, manage access, prevent abuse or protect the service. These have a different purpose from advertising or audience profiling. Technical server logs, including IP addresses and request information, may also be processed to operate the website, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Storage or access that is not essential to a service you request will be explained before use, with a consent choice where required by applicable law. Continued browsing is not treated as consent to optional tracking.

Your controls

You can inspect, delete or block stored website data in your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking essential storage may affect access or security features. There are no optional tracking categories to enable in the current website configuration.

If we introduce optional technologies, we will update this notice and provide appropriate controls before activation. Where consent is required, you will be able to accept or reject optional uses and change your choice later.
